Working closely with the Manager and Associate Director on assigned funds, you will oversee the provision of a high quality service to clients, having regular correspondence with clients, their investors and advisors.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day to day administration for a portfolio of clients
Processing payments and managing bank accounts
Ensuring bookkeepers and accountants have the necessary documentation required
Liaising with the treasury department to place fixed or FX deposits
Preparing for board meetings, distributing minutes and following up on actions
Experience and skills required:
Ideally at least 2 years’ funds, trust, company secretarial or cash management experience
Either studying or willing to study towards a professional qualification
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
