An exciting opportunity to join a growing and expanding family-owned business, which provides dedicated fund administration and financial services.

Joining the fund administration and company secretarial function within the office, you will have the chance to work with a small team of dedicated professionals.

You will also contribute to the provision of a quality service and play a role in the ongoing growth and development of the office.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and preparing basic legal documentation for execution by Directors 

  • Ensuring timely and efficient record keeping across all fund structures  

  • Organising board and shareholder meetings, drafting agendas and preparing board packs 

  • Assisting with the collation of ‘Know Your Client’ information  

  • Maintaining statutory records 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous funds, legal or company secretarial experience 

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification 

  • Compliance and regulatory experience would be an advantage 

  • Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks  

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
