Joining the fund administration and company secretarial function within the office, you will have the chance to work with a small team of dedicated professionals.
You will also contribute to the provision of a quality service and play a role in the ongoing growth and development of the office.
Responsibilities will include:
Reviewing and preparing basic legal documentation for execution by Directors
Ensuring timely and efficient record keeping across all fund structures
Organising board and shareholder meetings, drafting agendas and preparing board packs
Assisting with the collation of ‘Know Your Client’ information
Maintaining statutory records
Experience and skills required:
Previous funds, legal or company secretarial experience
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Compliance and regulatory experience would be an advantage
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks
Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
