Working closely with the Head of Fund Administration, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality service is delivered for each structure within an assigned portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the performance of a team of Senior Administrators and Assistant Managers
Acting as a point of escalation for clients
Coordinating and reviewing management reporting, including resourcing, billing, budgeting and time reporting
Liaising professionally with third parties such as Lawyers and Auditors
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard within deadlines
Experience and skills required:
Technical knowledge of corporate and funds legislation and regulations
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Strong academic background, educated to at least degree standard (or equivalent)
Previous supervisory or line management experience
Good communication skills, organised and flexible approach to tasks
