Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of fund clients
Preparing books and assisting with the preparation of financial statements
Organising board and shareholder meetings
Acting as a contact person between shareholders, investment managers and custodian banks
Assisting with the coordination of year-end audits
Experience and skills required:
Either currently studying or willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification such as ACCA
Good working knowledge of the fund industry, valuation or accounting
Some previous experience in fund administration, audit or fiduciary services
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
