Support the real estate team in delivering a first-class accounting and administrative service to a varied portfolio of clients, in a rapidly growing multi-jurisdictional organisation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing financial statements for a wide range of real estate structures 

  • Liaising with Auditors in respect of the financial audit of client entities 

  • Attending client meetings 

  • Reviewing annual and periodic accounts prepared by team members  

  • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of client specific accounting procedures  

Experience and skills required:

  • Either hold or part-way through studying towards a recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or ACA)  

  • Experience producing financial statements for a variety of real estate entities within various jurisdictions, and to IFRS or FRS 102 standards

  • Good working knowledge of UK accounting principles or IFRS

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines 

  • Proactive and disciplined approach to work
