Responsibilities will include:
Preparing financial statements for a wide range of real estate structures
Liaising with Auditors in respect of the financial audit of client entities
Attending client meetings
Reviewing annual and periodic accounts prepared by team members
Assisting with the creation and maintenance of client specific accounting procedures
Experience and skills required:
Either hold or part-way through studying towards a recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or ACA)
Experience producing financial statements for a variety of real estate entities within various jurisdictions, and to IFRS or FRS 102 standards
Good working knowledge of UK accounting principles or IFRS
Ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proactive and disciplined approach to work
