Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing financial statements for a wide range of real estate structures 
- Liaising with Auditors in respect of the financial audit of client entities 
- Attending client meetings 
- Reviewing annual and periodic accounts prepared by team members 
- Assisting with the creation and maintenance of client specific accounting procedures 
Experience and skills required:
- Either hold or part-way through studying towards a recognised professional accountancy qualification (ACCA or ACA) 
- Experience producing financial statements for a variety of real estate entities within various jurisdictions, and to IFRS or FRS 102 standards 
- Good working knowledge of UK accounting principles or IFRS 
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines 
- Proactive and disciplined approach to work
