Responsibilities will include:

  • Leading finance operations across a number of locations, ensuring an efficient and user-friendly service is delivered

  • Acting as lead point of contact for accounts payable and accounts receivable matters and having responsibility for all bank reconciliations and operational audits 

  • Working with the Chief Finance Officer and Head of Finance, assuming responsibility for cash management and financial forecasting 

  • Reviewing financial processes and implementing changes as needed to increase efficiency, such as deploying new software and procedures 

  • Supporting the company’s financial strategy and leading on the budgeting, reporting, planning process and review of costs 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience at Manager level within a partnership culture or professional services environment

  • Team player with the ability to lead and motivate a team of experienced finance professionals spread across locations 

  • Confident and effective communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise the workload of others 

  • Excellent working knowledge of financial reporting systems and their application within a large business
