An exciting career opportunity to join the core finance team in a leading financial services company. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Senior Manager, liaise with and work alongside other finance operations functions and develop a network of key finance contacts, within the Channel Islands and the UK.
As Finance Manager you will manage the members of the finance team responsible for processing staff expenses, cash receivables and performing monthly cash reconciliations.

Responsibilities will include:
Preparing monthly cash forecasts
Producing monthly accruals and prepayment schedules
Performing both balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss reconciliations
Supporting the preparation of annual financial statements for the group and its subsidiaries
Assisting with the annual budgeting process
Experience and skills required:
At least 3 years’ experience working in a finance or accounting related function
Hold a relevant professional accounting qualification
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive approach to tasks and takes responsibility for own work
