Responsibilities will include:

  • Uploading and reconciling bank statements  

  • Preparing invoices and assisting with billing queries

  • Processing invoices and staff expenses 

  • Entering electronic payments for authorisation on to banking portals 

  • Running reports and assisting the property team with weekly considerations in relation to property transactions 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous office/administration experience  

  • Positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to tasks 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Good time management and organisational skills
