Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payment requests to ensure a swift and accurate service is provided to key business suppliers 

  • Reviewing monthly transactions in accordance with month end reporting and ensuring records are accurately maintained 

  • Preparing and distributing internal reports 

  • Dealing with internal employee and client queries over the phone and face to face 

  • Producing and distributing statements 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous office experience 

  • A strong academic background 

  • Confident using Microsoft office programmes including excel, outlook and word 

  • Excellent prioritisation skills and confidence analysing data

  • Good numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail
