Responsibilities will include:
Uploading and reconciling bank statements
Preparing invoices and assisting with billing queries
Processing invoices and staff expenses
Entering electronic payments for authorisation on to banking portals
Running reports and assisting the property team with weekly considerations in relation to property transactions
Experience and skills required:
Previous office/administration experience
Positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach to tasks
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and organisational skills
