As the Finance Administrator, you will provide an efficient financial support service to the Jersey and Guernsey offices, whilst benefiting from mentoring and professional training.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Administering the financial aspects of property conveyancing, including recording transactions and settling monies

  • Monitoring bank accounts and posting payments in the accounting software

  • Accurately updating and maintaining accounting records

  • Paying suppliers and processing staff expenses

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum GCSE maths grade B (or equivalent)

  • Basic accounting knowledge

  • Confident Microsoft excel user

  • Good time management and attention to detail

  • Entry level accounting/bookkeeping qualification such as CAT would be an advantage but is not essential
