As the Finance Administrator, you will provide an efficient financial support service to the Jersey and Guernsey offices, whilst benefiting from mentoring and professional training.
Responsibilities will include:
Administering the financial aspects of property conveyancing, including recording transactions and settling monies
Monitoring bank accounts and posting payments in the accounting software
Accurately updating and maintaining accounting records
Paying suppliers and processing staff expenses
Experience and skills required:
Minimum GCSE maths grade B (or equivalent)
Basic accounting knowledge
Confident Microsoft excel user
Good time management and attention to detail
Entry level accounting/bookkeeping qualification such as CAT would be an advantage but is not essential
