An independent trust company with an emphasis on providing quality services to clients at all times, is currently seeking a trust professional with previous file review experience to assist their team on a 6-month contract.
As a key member of the team, you will undertake reviews of trust and company files, including carrying out periodic reviews and assisting with take-on and exiting procedures, as assigned.
Responsibilities will include:
Completing file review checklists
Ensuring documentation is accurate and kept up to date
Reviewing client identification documentation to ensure compliance with internal requirements and Jersey legislation
Reporting outstanding matters using in house systems and escalating identified deficiencies, as appropriate
Recording time accurately and ensuring effective communication with colleagues
Experience and skills required:
Either hold or currently working towards a relevant professional qualification, or qualified by experience
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
Good communication skills
Ability to work using discretion
