A forward-thinking multi-jurisdictional financial services provider is currently seeking a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager to provide support to their family office on a 6 month contract basis.
Joining a key service area within a leading financial services provider, you will be responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a portfolio of complex and high net worth clients. You will maintain and enhance client relationships on own portfolio, including the supervision and development of junior team members.
Responsibilities will include:
Administration of a varied portfolio of clients, in accordance with procedures
Maintaining statutory books for own portfolio
Coaching and supervising more junior members of staff
Assisting with the review of accounts/financial statements
Reviewing payment instructions prepared by more junior staff
Experience and skills required:
Either hold or currently studying towards a professional qualification, such as ICSA Diploma or STEP Diploma
Sound academic background
Ideally at least 4 years relevant industry administration experience
Ability to delegate, coach and motivate
Excellent communication and organisational skills
