A reputable Family Office is currently seeking a proactive Executive Assistant with strong organisational skills to provide support to the CEO and the Family Office.
Joining a small, friendly and supportive team, you will answer telephone calls, book travel arrangements and provide operational support to the office.
Full-time and part-time (21 hours per week) applicants can be considered and there can be a degree of flexibility shown in regards to start/finish times.
Responsibilities will include:
Booking sometimes complex travel and accommodation arrangements
Arranging couriers and processing incoming and outgoing mail
Answering phones, assisting with queries and taking messages
Liaising with third parties, such as management agents, cleaners and stationery suppliers
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Confident Microsoft Office user (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint)
Team player and proactive approach to tasks
German language skills would be an advantage
