A reputable Family Office is currently seeking a proactive Executive Assistant with strong organisational skills to provide support to the CEO and the Family Office.

Joining a small, friendly and supportive team, you will answer telephone calls, book travel arrangements and provide operational support to the office.

Full-time and part-time (21 hours per week) applicants can be considered and there can be a degree of flexibility shown in regards to start/finish times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Booking sometimes complex travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Arranging couriers and processing incoming and outgoing mail

  • Inputting payments 

  • Answering phones, assisting with queries and taking messages 

  • Liaising with third parties, such as management agents, cleaners and stationery suppliers  

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role  

  • Confident Microsoft Office user (Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint)  

  • Team player and proactive approach to tasks

  • German language skills would be an advantage
