Responsibilities will include:

  • Producing correspondence, reports, presentations, and board packs 

  • Meeting and greeting visitors and screening emails and telephone calls

  • Managing and coordinating calendars for the executive team 

  • Arranging travel, accommodation, and itineraries

  • Completing payments, new account openings and subscriptions

  • Accurately updating and maintaining files 

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent 

  • Previous PA/EA/secretarial experience providing senior level support is an advantage, but not essential 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Strong time management and organisational skills 

  • High level of accuracy and the ability to work independently using own initiative
