Contribute to the success of a well-regarded legal firm, providing executive level support to multiple Senior Partners and Directors.

Within this role you will manage service line activities including drafting agendas, producing board packs, arranging meetings and tracking action points.

If you have strong organisational skills, a professional approach to tasks and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines, we would like to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, scheduling and attending regular meetings 

  • Drafting and circulating correspondence 

  • Booking travel and processing expenses 

  • Liaising with Directors and supporting the delivery of service line business plans 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience providing executive support at Partner/Director level 

  • Experience producing meeting agendas, taking minutes and collating/distributing board packs 

  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data 

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to multiple deadlines 

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
