A fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a leading financial services organisation, on a contract basis, for 6 months.
Within this role you will provide a full confidential administrative and executive support to the Directors, whilst also providing administrative support to the wider teams. You will act as first point of contact for the Directors, screening calls, managing diaries, booking travel and coordinating conferences.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing and coordinating diaries, meetings and conferences
Preparing correspondence and client proposals
Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening enquiries and prioritising tasks
Managing business development activities, such as booking travel and undertaking research
Preparing financial reporting and processing invoices and credit card transactions.
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role, with exposure to high level/senior/executive projects
Ability to anticipate needs and manage own workload, using own initiative
Excellent organisational and planning skills
Ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality
