Contribute to the success of a leading fiduciary business by leading, planning and managing change through the delivery of key projects, during this 2 to 3 year fixed term contract.

As Director of Operations you will oversee the performance of operations, projects and IT support services teams, being the advocate for these departments during board discussions and establishing systems to measure progress against performance goals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing, monitoring and maintaining effective and efficient performance reporting systems 

  • Monitoring department performance against performance goals to ensure progress is being made 

  • Overseeing the negotiation of agreements with third party vendors who provide support related to IT and premises support 

  • Coordinating key projects and overseeing resource allocation 

  • Maintaining an awareness of legal and regulatory changes in the industry 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous operations and project management experience 

  • Awareness of the industry’s evolving legal and regulatory landscape 

  • Ability to lead, plan and manage change 

  • Strong negotiation skills 

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
