Reporting to the Executive Director, you will actively contribute to the continuing development of the business, helping to deliver change. You will also contribute as a key business stakeholder to projects and ensure the governance framework is embedded across the organisation.

Ideally, you will have previous team management experience in a senior level role within financial services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of the departmental objectives and key performance indicators within timeframes and budget​

  • ​Identifying and implementing operational developments and improvements

  • Exercising regulatory decision making in day to day activities through the governance framework​

  • Championing a risk based approach throughout the organisation ​

  • Managing, coaching and developing staff​

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience within a senior level role within the local finance industry​

  • Proven track record delivering results through team based working and staff development​

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive and analytical approach to tasks​

  • ​Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
