Reporting to the Executive Director, you will actively contribute to the continuing development of the business, helping to deliver change. You will also contribute as a key business stakeholder to projects and ensure the governance framework is embedded across the organisation.
Ideally, you will have previous team management experience in a senior level role within financial services.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the delivery of the departmental objectives and key performance indicators within timeframes and budget
Identifying and implementing operational developments and improvements
Exercising regulatory decision making in day to day activities through the governance framework
Championing a risk based approach throughout the organisation
Managing, coaching and developing staff
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience within a senior level role within the local finance industry
Proven track record delivering results through team based working and staff development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive and analytical approach to tasks
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple deadlines
