As Director, you will manage key client relationships and lead the continued development of the funds and institutional team, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities will include:
Managing the performance management and development of all direct reports
Planning, scheduling and monitoring team workloads
Developing and monitoring the implementation of strategic business plans
Identifying new business opportunities
Acting as a client relationship lead and maintaining strong client working relationships
Experience and skills required:
Extensive experience within the financial services sector, with a focus on fund administration
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Strong technical professional services knowledge
Previous experience supervising a team
Evidence of full responsibility for major client relationships
