Joining the IT team, you will work collaboratively to ensure the business continuously look for ways to optimise the way it carries out its operational processes through improved use of existing and new digital systems.
Responsibilities will include:
Identifying ways to improve business efficiencies and replace paper-based processes with digital workflows
Encoding complex business logic with workflows in Viewpoint
Creating management information dashboards to provide visibility of current and scheduled business processes and KPIs
Developing reports and analytics of underlying client data
Reducing operational touch points by joining core business systems where appropriate
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst within the financial services sector
Ability to quickly understand, document and improve business processes
Excellent working knowledge of enterprise business applications
Ideally have previous experience of Advanced SQL scripting and developing workflows within the Microsoft 365 Power Platform environment
Ability to communicate with all levels of people within the business
Good working knowledge of fund administration/accounting
