You will ensure a quality service is delivered to customers at all times, through the email and phone service and work on a rotational basis, where some Saturday shifts might be required. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering calls and email queries from customers in a timely and professional manner 

  • Taking end to end responsibility for the resolution of queries

  • Logging support requests and escalating with the relevant department, as required 

  • Undertaking outbound calls with customers with offers or introductory services

  • Keeping up to date with the products and services offered by the business 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Confident telephone manner 

  • Ability to work using own initiative

  • Excellent problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to communicate in a second language would be an advantage, but is not essential
