You will ensure a quality service is delivered to customers at all times, through the email and phone service and work on a rotational basis, where some Saturday shifts might be required. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering calls and email queries from customers in a timely and professional manner
Taking end to end responsibility for the resolution of queries
Logging support requests and escalating with the relevant department, as required
Undertaking outbound calls with customers with offers or introductory services
Keeping up to date with the products and services offered by the business
Experience and skills required:
Previous customer service experience
Confident telephone manner
Ability to work using own initiative
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate in a second language would be an advantage, but is not essential
