Work in a fast-paced and challenging commercial environment, in this customer-facing role, assisting with queries by telephone, email or face to face.

As a member of the customer service team, you will primarily provide assistance with setting up and processing payments and advise on new products and changes to services.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer queries via telephone, emails, letters or the website

  • Processing payments

  • Accurately logging customer calls 

  • Escalating calls, if required, and tracking the resolution of queries

  • Advising customers on any changes in pricing, if required 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous customer services experience, ideally within a target driven environment  

  • Confident communication and decision-making skills 

  • Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)  

  • Commitment to delivering a quality customer service 

  • Team player
