Work in a fast-paced and challenging commercial environment, in this customer-facing role, assisting with queries by telephone, email or face to face.
As a member of the customer service team, you will primarily provide assistance with setting up and processing payments and advise on new products and changes to services.

Responsibilities will include:
Answering customer queries via telephone, emails, letters or the website
Accurately logging customer calls
Escalating calls, if required, and tracking the resolution of queries
Advising customers on any changes in pricing, if required
Experience and skills required:
Previous customer services experience, ideally within a target driven environment
Confident communication and decision-making skills
Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)
Commitment to delivering a quality customer service
