As Custody Operations Officer, you will manage the processing of trade and transitions activity, ensuring deadlines are met, custody fees are processed and also proactively manage identified settlement risks.
This is a great opportunity to contribute to strategy meetings and play a key role in the growth of this company, driving the vision through to completion.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing the processing of trade and transaction activities
Acting as the most senior point of contact below the Head of Custody operations to resolve all client queries and requests
Assisting with resource planning, business performance reviews and planning
Implementing risk controls and governance standards to effectively manage operational skills
Keeping up to date with any industry, regulatory and legal changes
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 10 years’ banking operations experience
Either hold or currently working towards an investment or securities professional qualification
Good working knowledge of the trade lifecycle and settlements process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
