Due to expansion, our client, a fintech company initially based in London is now setting up a new office in Jersey, offering a rare once in a lifetime opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic crypto currency expert to be part of a truly unique experience.
In this role you will play an instrumental role in the success of an independent and rapidly growing capital management company. You will be expected to work well under pressure whilst accommodating different shifts, and utilise your strong interpersonal skills on a regular basis in order to build relationships both internally and externally.
If you are a passionate and hardworking team player with at least 2 years experience on an execution desk, this could be the ideal career opportunity for you.
Responsibilities will include:
Executing trades including spot/forward and options
Checking blotters and trades in a timely manner and managing the end of day process
Opening, running and understanding crypto market monitor
Digesting and passing on information flow from the market
Finding and suggesting option trades in unwinding situations
Gathering all relevant research from banks and other projects
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 2 years’ experience on an execution desk
Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in engineering or mathematics
Front-end trading experience
Literate in the price and execution of options
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse and report on complex data
Advanced excel and programming skills
