A leading law firm is currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with previous finance or accounts experience, to provide support to their finance function on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience working within an approachable and experienced team, providing credit control and administrative support.
This role could be based in Jersey or Guernsey.
Responsibilities will include:
Daily processing of automated reminders for unpaid client invoices
Monitoring office bank accounts for receipts, reconciling details and inputting transactions
Dealing with internal and client enquiries regarding account balances, breakdown of charges and copy invoices
Assisting with financial reporting
Providing support with invoicing, various billing portals, transactions, and related queries
Experience and skills required:
Previous finance/accounts experience
Confident using Microsoft excel
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative
