Responsibilities will include:
Managing a busy team of staff with varied experience levels, delivering exceptional company secretarial, administration and financial reporting services to a portfolio of funds, fund services entities and corporate structures
Taking ownership for the client and intermediary relationships of your assigned portfolios
Supervising and supporting the development and training of your team
Ownership of the corporate calendar for your clients, attending board and committee meetings
Maintaining an awareness of risks and monitoring team compliance with policies and procedures
Experience and skills required:
Hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification recognised by the JFSC
Proven knowledge of appropriate Jersey legislation and regulation and the ability to demonstrate both compliance, risk and audit awareness
Ability to use own initiative and effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to delegate, coach and mentor members of the team
