Join this leading law firm and provide secretarial support to the Partners and fee earners in the corporate practice area.

If you have previous secretarial experience, a ‘hands-on’ approach to tasks and good prioritisation skills, this could be the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out typing and transcribing 

  • Managing diaries, booking meeting rooms and circulating agendas

  • Assisting with conflict checks 

  • Preparing client bills for fee earner approvals 

  • Keeping fee earner details up to date on systems 

Experience and skills required:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Flexible approach to assisting colleagues in a multi-team working environment

  • Ability to prioritise and plan tasks 

  • Previous experience working in a legal environment would be an advantage but is not essential
