An independent financial services organisation offering a decisive and dynamic environment, is looking for a Corporate Secretarial Administrator to join their team.

In this role you will have responsibility for all corporate secretarial and associated administration duties and support a dedicated team, where a customer focused approach is adopted.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Attending corporate secretarial meetings, taking minutes, updating meeting registers and scanning completed board packs 

  • Preparing stock transfer forms, share certificates and declaration of trusts 

  • Maintaining statutory records and updating various registers

  • Preparing documents for dissolutions, liquidations and reinstatements 

  • Liaising with JFSC and Jersey Registry as required 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience working within a secretarial team, including previous company secretarial practice 

  • Good working knowledge of Jersey Company Law 

  • Ideally hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP 

  • Ability to accurately record minutes and action points 

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
