An independent financial services organisation offering a decisive and dynamic environment, is looking for a Corporate Secretarial Administrator to join their team.
In this role you will have responsibility for all corporate secretarial and associated administration duties and support a dedicated team, where a customer focused approach is adopted.
Responsibilities will include:
Attending corporate secretarial meetings, taking minutes, updating meeting registers and scanning completed board packs
Preparing stock transfer forms, share certificates and declaration of trusts
Maintaining statutory records and updating various registers
Preparing documents for dissolutions, liquidations and reinstatements
Liaising with JFSC and Jersey Registry as required
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience working within a secretarial team, including previous company secretarial practice
Good working knowledge of Jersey Company Law
Ideally hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA or STEP
Ability to accurately record minutes and action points
Excellent organisational and communication skills
