Reporting to the Corporate Governance Coordinator, you will implement governance and liaise directly with external third parties who will assist with the outsourcing of entities to different global locations.

Responsibilities will include:
Acting as a central point of contact and ensuring the implementation of the group and regulatory outsourcing framework
Organising and attending outsourcing committee meetings to discuss the management of any outsourcing risks and outstanding projects
Participating in the validation process of new outsourcing projects
Supporting operational managers in the compilation of local risk assessments
Implementing tools and methodologies to monitor outsourced activities
Experience and skills required:
Ability to multitask and prioritise
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Confident in questioning stakeholders and chasing information along with the ability to make decisions
Ability to work independently using own initiative
