Working in this dynamic and collaborative environment, you will support the smooth and efficient running of the corporate actions teams through effective ongoing coaching and leading by example.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping an up to date knowledge of corporate action processes across markets​ and identifying trends

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements relating to custody business​

  • Supporting the resolution of potential corporate action disputes​

  • Attending external client service meetings​

  • Acting as the cross-jurisdictional point of contact for wealth management business lines in Jersey, Guernsey and London​

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous securities industry experience​

  • Good understanding of global corporate actions and related market risks​

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills​

  • ​Attention to detail and high level of accuracy 

  • Excellent organisational skills
