Provide assistance to the corporate actions team, in this forward thinking and innovative international wealth management organisation with a strong reputation in the marketplace, during this 6 month contract.
Within this role, you will support the administration of events during a busy period, ensuring tasks which are allocated to you are completed to a high service level and within prescribed time frames.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the creation of events, as allocated by the Assistant Manager
Ensuring all files, which require creating or amending, are sent for review on a timely basis
Resolving shareholder reconciliation issues within timeframes
Adhering to risk management controls and procedures during the process
Experience and skills required:
Previous office experience would be an advantage
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, using own initiative
High level of accuracy
Excellent organisational skills
