Within this role you will review registry applications and evaluate if there are any risks posed or negative hits during adverse checks. You will also oversee the development and mentoring of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and approving applications for the registry 

  • Performing adverse checks and WorldChecks on applications

  • Recording any issues or risk factors associated with applications 

  • Assisting with queries  

  • Managing a team of assistants, including workload planning ,coaching and providing training 

Experience and skills required:

  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 

  • Confident communicator and ability to engage with colleagues across teams 

  • Good attention to detail

  • Ability to work well within a team and independently using own initiative 

  • Excellent time management skills
