Reporting to the Client Monitoring Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the compliance monitoring programme, carrying out testing and compiling reports detailing findings.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the drafting of compliance monitoring tests
Performing monitoring reviews examining the company’s operational processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Accurately recording the results of monitoring reviews and observations and highlighting any activity to management, as required
Compiling reports which identify any breaches of regulation and the root cause of these
Providing advice and guidance to the business and assisting with training as needed
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a compliance or audit role, with exposure to performing monitoring reviews
Good working knowledge of current regulations, AML and CFT regulations
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
