As a key member of the risk and compliance team, you will play an essential role in assisting with the execution, maintenance and development of the compliance monitoring programme.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the ongoing assessment of the compliance monitoring programme and recommending any amendments
Providing support to the Jersey Head of Risk & Compliance in the development and maintenance of registers
Ensuring the compliance monitoring programme remains aligned to the management of key regulatory risks faced by the business
Complying with good monitoring working practices at all times and assisting with testing
Producing monitoring reports and communicating any emerging risks/trends to the relevant business area
Experience and skills required:
Hold a relevant professional qualification
Previous compliance monitoring experience
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
