As an integral member of the compliance function, you will drive forward the implementation and development of the compliance monitoring programme and will work closely with members of the trust team and the investment team.
Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate a positive and hard-working attitude, be able to perform well under pressure and have good communication skills. Full time and part time hours will be considered.
Responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the compliance monitoring programme
Considering the impact of policy and procedure changes on the compliance monitoring programme
Communicating compliance monitoring findings and action points to the investment and trust teams
Accurately maintaining various compliance and action point registers
Collating monthly compliance monitoring reports for the MLCO, line managers and directors
Experience and skills required:
Extensive compliance experience
Good knowledge of the Jersey regulatory environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A professional compliance qualification would be an advantage
