An entrepreneurial financial services business is seeking a compliance professional to join their team on a 12 month maternity cover contract (30 hours per week).
Joining the current members of the compliance team, you will provide assistance with day-to-day operations and carry out compliance monitoring and testing.

Responsibilities will include:
Conducting testing and monitoring under the compliance monitoring programme
Recording outcomes of testing, following up on action points and reporting as required
Monitoring the resolution of findings with relevant business support teams
Assisting Head of Compliance with periodically reviewing and updating the monitoring programme
Reviewing and updating process and procedural documentation
Experience and skills required:
Previous compliance experience, ideally within a funds environment
Either hold or currently working towards a compliance qualification
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines
Knowledge of Jersey’s regulatory environment, including Codes of Practice and AML/CFT requirements
