Working within the risk and compliance function, you will support group-wide compliance activities and ensure these are in line with regulatory requirements and industry professional standards.

Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the development of the annual group compliance monitoring programme
Coordinating monitoring reviews and liaising with key stakeholders, as appropriate
Supporting the completion of ‘second line’ tests of operational ‘business as usual’ areas
Monitoring and managing money laundering and financing of terrorism risks
Reviewing and maintaining compliance logs and databases
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience
Experience refreshing and administering a compliance monitoring programme in line with changes in the regulatory environment
Either hold or currently studying towards a professional compliance qualification
Strong interpersonal skills
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise
