As Compliance Monitoring Administrator, you will undertake monitoring of regulated fund entities and work alongside teams of professionals dedicated to providing high quality service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking compliance monitoring in accordance with the relevant plan for the entities 

  • Completing the relevant monitoring checklists and monitoring control sheets

  • Maintaining the monitoring schedules to record any findings from the review 

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports for regulated fund entities 

  • Supporting the preparation of monitoring plans for entities  

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ compliance monitoring experience 

  • Good working knowledge of the Jersey regulatory framework and AML/CFT handbook 

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal skills 

  • Knowledge of the funds industry would be an advantage, but is not essential
