This senior role leads the Financial Security framework, ensuring consistent implementation of Group policies, tools and monitoring processes. Acting as MLCO, MLRO and joint MIRO for relevant entities, you will provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements, high-risk transactions, KYC, sanctions, market abuse and professional ethics, while serving as a key point of contact for regulators including the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
The position involves managing compliance monitoring programmes, regulatory reporting, governance committee reporting and driving continuous improvement across systems and controls.
