Play a key role in a busy compliance team in a global fiduciary, trust and corporate services provider, on a contract basis until 31st December 2021. You will oversee and support the compliance monitoring programme.

As Compliance Manager, you will be comfortable and confident in delivering clear communications and support to the business and have a clear understanding of the Codes of Practice. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and delivering periodic fund reports for board meetings 

  • Ensuring the compliance monitoring programme is in line with identified risks highlighted from business mapping and risk assessments 

  • Deputising for the MLRO in any absence 

  • Reviewing processes and making recommendations for improvements 

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous compliance and risk experience

  • Hold a relevant professional qualification 

  • Previous experience in managing projects, or meeting deadlines for remediation matters 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Knowledge of compliance and an understanding of Codes of Practice
