Take the next step to Manager level and play a vital role in the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme in this leading financial services organisation.

Within this role you will be responsible for the production of compliance reports, monitor regulatory developments and support business risk assessments. This is a key person role where you will undertake the role of Compliance Officer for the Jersey office and each of the service line boards and also support the delivery of the compliance monitoring plan.

Remote/hybrid and flexible working is available in this role.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside the Compliance Director to aid the annual business planning process by developing a compliance monitoring programme​

  • Preparing and analysing management information to develop and deliver reports to stakeholders, boards and Group Compliance​

  • Keeping up to date with legal and regulatory changes and providing advice to the business and clients​

  • Maintaining business risk assessments and risk control self-assessments​

  • Preparing and delivering staff training on anti-money laundering and countering of terrorist financing​

  • Building strong working relationships with regulators

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience within a compliance function​

  • Proven management and leadership skills​

  • Either hold or willing to work towards a relevant professional qualification​

  • Excellent time management skills​

  • Effective communication skills and ability to work using own initiative ​
