Reporting to the Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, you will have responsibility for a variety of Jersey and international compliance risk matters and ensure all risk policies remain up to date.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining various compliance registers  

  • Preparing regulatory updates and board committee packs 

  • Reviewing notifications and monitoring appointments, to ensure JFSC are notified 

  • Keeping up to date with any changes in regulatory, legislative and exchange developments

  • Providing input into the regulatory risk assessment/compliance monitoring planning process

Experience and skills required:

  • Educated to at least A level standard (or equivalent)

  • Either hold or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification (ideally ICA Diploma level) 

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience within financial services 

  • Flexible approach to tasks and willing to support other teams during periods of high activity
