This leading law firm is currently seeking a proactive individual with previous compliance experience to join their team. You will have the option of working in the office or remotely (or a mix of both) and your hours would be 11am to 7pm or 12noon to 8pm, to fit with the various jurisdictions.

This role can be based in Jersey or Guernsey.
Responsibilities will include:
Conducting compliance monitoring programme reviews
Updating underlying regulatory compliance risk assessments
Proactively sourcing and analysing a wide variety of data to test the effectiveness of various business controls
Accurately recording findings in reports
Experience and skills required:
Previous AML/CDD experience in a professional services environment
Good knowledge of AML/CFT regulations in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman, BVI and UK
Self-starter with excellent attention to detail
Ability to understand and map business processes and regulatory controls
