Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the take on of new business and providing advice and guidance
Preparing for and attending client/board meetings
Providing advice and guidance in relation to transfers and redemptions between investors
Maintaining all statutory registers
Reviewing legal documentation and assisting legal counsel
Experience and skills required:
Good knowledge of trust and company law across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting professional working relationships
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
