Work collaboratively and effectively as part of the corporate services team in a leading global bank, where your performance and skill set will be valued and rewarded.

You will assist with the provision of front-line company secretarial services to key Channel Island client entities, including the set-up of private equity funds, and you will have regular senior level client and board contact. You will be inspired to focus on innovative ways to drive the business forward and will be part of a team who are encouraged to work in a creative environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the provision of company secretarial services to a portfolio of regulated, listed and private equity clients 

  • Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and corporate governance 

  • Arranging board meetings, preparing board packs and taking minutes

  • Maintaining statutory records, logs and registers

  • Arranging notarisation as required

  • Ensuring statutory returns are completed within agreed deadlines 

Experience and skills required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role, ideally within the funds industry

  • Either hold or currently working towards an industry relevant professional qualification such as ICSA 

  • Willingness to learn about the requirements and practicalities of regulated, listed and private equity clients  

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills 

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
