An exciting opportunity to join the newly opened trust office in Jersey, providing secretarial support to the Director in Jersey.
As Company Secretary, you will oversee the day to day operations of the Jersey office, provide accounts assistance and act as first point of contact for enquiries.
Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role, strong organisational skills and confident communication skills.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with bookkeeping and preparing accounts and tax returns
Preparing board minutes
Acting as first point of contact for telephone enquiries
Providing support to the Jersey Director
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong organisational and time management skills
Professional telephone manner
Proactive approach to tasks and ability to work using own initiative
