Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling board/committee meetings and collecting, preparing and agreeing meeting agendas
Preparing and distributing board/committee minutes
Maintaining director/shareholder registers/signatory lists
Ensuring any regulatory/taxation/legal deadlines are met and all company records are current and in good order
Owning and driving corporate governance activity as appropriate, including acting on JFSC notifications as required
Coordinating and submitting proprietary and client company annual and taxation returns
Experience and skills required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Will be an affiliated or chartered member of the Chartered Secretaries and Administrators or will be studying to achieve this qualification
Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the business
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Proactive and disciplined approach to tasks
