An exciting career opportunity for an experienced Company Secretarial Assistant to join the London office, of a growing and ambitious corporate services firm.
You will make a significant contribution to the team, providing support for the delivery of a quality service to funds clients and having responsibility for all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance support.

Responsibilities will include:
Attending board, committee and shareholder meetings and taking minutes
Drafting company materials including announcements and statutory filings
Preparing board packs
Administering and monitoring a varied client portfolio which has an emphasis on UK listed investment trusts
Possessing specific technical knowledge of listed corporates and funds
Maintaining statutory registers
Experience and skills required:
Ideally holding or studying towards a professional qualification (ICSA or equivalent).
Previous experience in a similar role –professional/financial services experience would be preferred
Proactive approach to tasks and ability to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities
