As Commercial Director you will use your excellent organisational abilities and entrepreneurial mindset to develop key strategies designed to increase revenue and meet the company’s ambitious growth strategy and targets. You will drive the product development and pricing strategy, whilst aiming for maximum client satisfaction.

Responsibilities will include:
Identifying new business development opportunities in response to current and future market trends
Undertaking market research and competitor analysis
Implementing new client acquisition strategies and embedding cross-selling initiatives
Overseeing sales targets, budgets, plans and performance reporting
Collaboratively working with the marketing team to raise the image of the company through media and events
Experience and skills required:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a financial services role and previous client relationship management experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Previous experience in creating and managing budgets
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Good understanding of the current market and knowledge of analysis and metrics
